What the Job Involves
As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will deliver high-quality gardening and grounds maintenance services while reporting to the local Estate Services Manager. Your responsibilities will include weeding, lawn maintenance, pruning, planting, and operating various gardening machinery. Duties also extend to small landscaping projects, responding to vandalism and tenancy breaches, and assisting residents and apprentices. Safety is paramount, and you are expected to adhere to Health and Safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment.

- Valid UK driving licence with category C1
