What the Job Involves
This role involves working as a Residential Care Officer Level 1 for young people. Key responsibilities include conducting three welfare checks per shift, either in person or by phone, and accurately recording the young person's activities and support offered. You will work independently with the aid of a lone worker device and receive comprehensive induction training to effectively support young people.
