Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic about our ambition to make Camden the best place to live and work. Above all, you will be passionate about ensuring that services are delivered in a relational way, with the best outcomes for residents at its heart. You are passionate about housing equality, proactive, caring in your approach, and believe in collaboration and accessibility of services.

What the Job Involves

As a Neighbourhood Officer, you will manage estates and blocks across tenures, providing a resident-focused service. You'll act as the key local contact for residents and stakeholders, support vulnerable tenants, and ensure tenancy conditions are met. The role involves preventing and managing anti-social behaviour, supporting victims of domestic abuse, and ensuring communal areas are well-maintained. You will also liaise with various partners and occasionally work outside of normal hours to attend meetings or community events.

  • Data, digital, and systems proficiency
  • Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion
  • Safety and well-being awareness
