Who You Are
You are an experienced NEC Config Specialist with a strong background in configuring NEC housing (cloud) systems. You have a proven track record of working in multi-disciplinary agile teams, and you are adept at collaborating with Business Analysts and stakeholders to tailor the NEC system to meet business requirements. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to advise on the best configuration solutions. Your expertise in NEC data schema and report building is complemented by your commitment to knowledge sharing with support teams.
What the Job Involves
- Owning the solution design and configuration of NEC modules
- Building and configuring NEC modules for Servicing, Repairs, Contractor portal, and Compliance management
- Testing NEC modules and addressing any issues or bugs
- Conducting go-live and post-go-live support activities
- Assisting Business Analysts and SMEs in preparing training guides
- Transferring knowledge to the BAU support team
- Completing and maintaining technical documentation
Skills
- 5+ years of NEC housing (cloud) configuration
- Experience with a multi-disciplinary agile team
- Expertise in NEC modules for local authority/housing associations
- Knowledge sharing and transfer to BAU support team
- Collaboration with Business Analysts for solution design
- Understanding of dependencies between NEC modules
- Experience with NEC data schema and data loaders
- Report building using Business Objects or Power BI
