What the Job Involves
As a Lawyer in Adult Social Care, you will manage a varied community care caseload involving matters such as Court of Protection, Mental Capacity Act, and the Care Act 2014. You will be providing legal advice, attending court proceedings, and supporting the Adult Social Care department. The position involves hybrid working with one day a week required in the office.
