Who You Are

Qualified social worker with active experience in working on LAS, capable of conducting Care Act compliant Adult Care and Support Plan reviews to a high standard. You are a car driver with access to a vehicle, ready to perform face-to-face visits both in and outside the borough. Your approach centers on strength-based and person-centered reviews, effectively collaborating with adults and their unpaid carers.

What the Job Involves

This short-term placement requires you to be experienced and competent in evidence-based practice to deliver impactful results from the outset. The role involves conducting reviews across four specialisms: Older People, Adults with Physical Disabilities, Mental Health, and Learning Disabilities.
