Customer Account Executive – Matrix Milestone
Milton Keynes (hybrid: 2–3 days a week in the office) | £30,000–£35,000 | Permanent

Matrix Milestone is our specialist team helping public sector organisations buy consultancy, professional services and works through Statement of Work (SoW) projects, compliantly and with full visibility from procurement through to payment. After another year of growth, we’re creating a new Customer Account Executive role to help us deliver even more for our clients.
What you’ll be doing
Owning the day-to-day relationship and delivery for your own portfolio of clients Guiding clients through procurement processes, IR35 determinations and project requirements Working with clients, suppliers and our operations team across multiple live projects Making sure project milestones are submitted, reviewed and approved on time Creating and updating projects on the Matrix platform, and training clients and suppliers to use it Tracking key client metrics, resolving invoicing queries and helping reduce aged debt Working with our Supplier Engagement team to keep supplier profiles accurate and up to date
What you bring
At least 3 years’ experience of Statement of Work (SoW) processes Experience of public sector procurement and the regulations behind it Hands-on experience of e-sourcing solutions Strong account management and customer service skills The ability to juggle priorities, take ownership and work with minimal supervision Excellent attention to detail and confident communication by phone and email
