Job Title: Multi-Skill Plumber (Multi Skilled Tradesperson – Plumbing Bias)
Who You Are
You are a qualified plumber holding an NVQ Level 2/3 qualification or equivalent. You have prior experience in housing repairs or maintenance and have a strong ability in diagnosing faults and identifying cost-effective solutions. You are capable of carrying out tasks across multiple trades and have excellent customer communication skills. You can work independently, are a great team player and importantly, you have a valid driver's license.
What the Job Involves
As a Multi-Skill Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out plumbing and associated multi-trade repairs, maintenance, renewals and installations across Camden's housing stock and other council properties. You will strive to ensure that works are completed to a high standard, in line with current regulations and delivered successfully the first time. Your multi-trade tasks may include carpentry, tiling, and making good works. Further, you will provide high standards of customer service in residents' homes and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. You will be expected to complete job records and manage materials using mobile systems.
