What the Job Involves
This role involves the line management of front-line operational services, including the comprehensive assessment and case management of vulnerable adults. You will lead on delivering safe services, undertake adult safeguarding duties, and develop strategies to implement local and national policies. The role requires you to manage and supervise a group of social workers, promote integrated services with other professionals, and participate in developing new and existing services.
