You are an experienced educator with a background in teaching adult learning programs. You have worked in multicultural, community-based adult learning environments and collaborated with various agencies to develop partnerships. You possess a strong understanding of equality and diversity, health and safety policies, and curriculum planning. You are adaptable, willing to work flexible hours, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
What the job involves
This role involves planning and delivering high-quality, accredited and non-accredited programs that cater to individual learners’ needs. You will conduct assessments, set SMART targets, and provide ongoing support and feedback to learners. Administrative duties include maintaining accurate records and participating in quality assurance processes. You will also contribute to marketing, enrollment, and community engagement activities.
