Who You Are
As a Service Delivery Officer, you are dedicated to delivering high-quality services to children, young people, and their families. You are proactive in safeguarding efforts, engage effectively with multiple stakeholders, and provide outstanding administrative support within the Children's Services directorate.
What the Job Involves
This role involves supporting the delivery of statutory provisions across the Children's Services directorate, focusing on safeguarding and children in care services. You will manage meeting records, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintain documentation, and provide administrative support to ensure statutory deadlines are met. You will also handle confidential information responsibly and support staff training.
