What the Job Involves
The role involves completing statutory assessments of children and families, conducting Child and Family Assessments, and making support or intervention recommendations. Responsibilities include conducting home visits, preparing reports for court, and maintaining case records. You will also participate in strategy discussions, Child in Need meetings, and Child Protection processes, ensuring that the child's voice is heard and central to all interventions.
