Who You Are
The successful candidate will have excellent communications and IT skills and experience of working within a Social Care, Health, 3rd Sector or Advice giving environment. You should have a strong track record of managing resources effectively and providing excellent outcomes for customers, along with the ability to respond sensitively to individual's circumstances and a positive can-do attitude.
What the job involves
The successful candidate will work as a member of the First Point of Contact team, providing advice, information, and assistance on Independent Living Services to members of the public. This involves linking into Health & Social Care Services and referring to other agencies. The role is primarily based within the University Hospital of Wales, with requirements to work across UHB sites depending on the service needs.
