What the job involves
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality bulk and void property clearance services. You'll ensure the safe and efficient collection of non-domestic refuse, maintain cleanliness on-site, and support the health and safety standards of Southern Housing. You will engage with residents, manage their expectations, and contribute to strategies for reducing waste. Additionally, you'll assist team members in providing seamless services and report any communal area repairs or defects.
