What the job involves
As a Family Front Door Team Manager, you will ensure the team achieves challenging and realistic plans and objectives, support staff, and manage performance. You will monitor team performance, uphold effective relationships with service users and partners, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with statutory procedures.
