The role involves supporting households moving from temporary accommodation to secure homes, as part of a new, dedicated team in Tower Hamlets. You will work to improve outcomes for homeless households and reduce reliance on temporary housing by identifying and overcoming barriers to move-on opportunities within the private rented sector. The position is part of a high-profile, time-limited programme focused on assessment, identification of the right housing solution, and support through to successful resettlement.
