Who You Are
The ideal candidate is an experienced social worker who practices autonomously and demonstrates expert and effective practice in complex situations. You will have substantial post-qualifying experience in a statutory Children Social Care setting and actively participate in the Workforce Development Programme.
What the Job Involves
Your role involves working within a Resilience framework to provide an integrated social work service addressing complex situations for children and their families. You will deputize for the line manager when necessary, lead specialist areas, take part in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating safeguarding measures, and support and mentor less experienced social workers.
