What the job involves
Acting as the first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries related to Home to School Transport. Your responsibilities include responding to enquiries from parents, carers, schools, and transport operators, recording and updating information on relevant systems, monitoring shared mailboxes, and assisting parents with application forms. You'll also organize and distribute transport-related communications and correspondences, liaise with transport providers and schools, and support the team with administrative duties.
This role involves hybrid working with a requirement to work at the office in Ballard House 2 days a week.

- Excellent telephone and customer service skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer literate, experience with Microsoft Office
