As the Head of Local Link, you will ensure positive interactions with the housing team, oversee service delivery across mixed tenure neighborhoods, and support residents throughout their tenancy. You'll lead and motivate your team to deliver great services and housing advice, manage team performance, budgets, and compliance with policies. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders, managing contracts, and handling complex cases and neighborhood improvements. You'll actively contribute to team and service development, ensuring value for money and resident satisfaction.
