Who You Are
As a Team Manager in the Family Help service, you possess strong leadership and management capabilities. You have a background in social work and are committed to improving outcomes for children and young people.
What the job involves
You will be responsible for the direct line management of consultant social workers, social workers, and outreach family support workers. You will ensure the quality of practice within your team, support consultant social workers in their management responsibilities, and provide oversight and supervision on cases. Additionally, you will manage performance, attendance, and health and safety needs of the staff under your leadership.
