You will act as the lead professional in complex cases involving child protection, care proceedings, and children in care. The role involves undertaking comprehensive assessments, planning and implementing care plans, and coordinating with other agencies to ensure effective inter-agency collaboration. You will also be responsible for preparing court applications and reports, providing evidence-based practice, and influencing change through relationship-based work. Your responsibilities include managing challenging caseloads, maintaining accurate records, participating in ongoing training, and contributing to the development of policies and services.
