You are an experienced legal professional with expertise in property work and major commercial projects. You possess strong advocacy skills and are adept at handling legal proceedings and providing strategic legal advice.
What the job involves
This role involves managing a personal caseload to provide expert legal advice and representation. You will attend and advise in meetings, comply with professional standards, and stay updated on legal developments. You are expected to supervise and support junior staff, contribute to policy and practice improvements, and maintain relationships with external organizations to support the Council's interests. Additionally, deputizing for Senior Solicitors may be required.
