Who You Are
We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and professionally confident Social Workers to join our supportive team. You should be a registered Social Worker with Social Work England, holding a qualifying degree, and possess a deep understanding of current legislation and its impact. A full, clean driving license and readiness to explore our county is required.
What the job involves
The role involves a variety of adult social work tasks, including Care Act Assessments, person-centered support planning, Mental Capacity Assessments, and Section 42 Enquiries. You will work with diverse adult populations and use a strength-based approach to empower individuals. Collaboration with partner agencies and regular supervision are integral parts of this role, along with opportunities for professional growth.
