Role

Who You Are

You will be part of an Extra Familial Harm Team within children's services, providing consultations to social workers and colleagues on exploitation and extra familial harm (EFH). You will lead on mapping meetings, attend various strategy and cross borough meetings, and contribute expertise at multi-agency EFH panels. You will work with a small number of high-risk children but will not handle cases. Your role includes maintaining compliance with legislation and monitoring intervention impacts and performance.

What the job involves

Your responsibilities include providing consultations, leading meetings, and offering expertise in EFH cases. You'll ensure well-maintained case files, set up monitoring measures, and provide interventions using the STAIRS framework. You'll work across multi-agency partnerships, engaging with various key partners, and adapt to flexible work requirements to meet service needs.
