Who You Are
An experienced leasehold management professional with a strong analytical mindset and proven ability to handle service charges and major works consultations. You have expertise in Excel functions and mail merge management, along with a solid understanding of housing legislation.
What the job involves
The role requires undertaking consultations under section 20 of the Landlord and Tenants Act 1985 to ensure compliance with leases and legislation. You will provide support and guidance to leaseholders and housing staff regarding service charges, the lease, and associated legislation, while handling disputes. Additionally, you'll assist in maximizing the recovery of homeowner rents and related incomes to support the viability of the Housing Revenue Account.
