Who You Are

We are looking for caring and reliable people who enjoy working with children and young people. Experience with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) is a big plus. This role is ideal for those returning to work after a break to look after a young family, or who are partially retired and looking to do a valuable part-time role that is term-time.

What the job involves

You will join our team as Passenger Assistants, helping children and young people—many with additional needs—travel safely to and from school or college. The role involves supporting students during their journey to ensure their safety and comfort, stepping in to cover for unavailable Passenger Assistants, and working closely with drivers and schools to make each journey smooth and stress-free. Cover is needed Monday to Friday, usually between 07:00–10:00 and 14:00–17:00, and the role is term-time only.
