An experienced social worker who demonstrates creative and analytical thinking, sharing a passion for achieving the best outcomes for looked after children, with recent experience in working as a case holder.
What the job involves
The role involves developing and implementing effective care plans and pathway plans for children and young people to secure permanency and stability in their placements. You will conduct thorough risk assessments, safety planning, and collaborate with partners to ensure the safety of children and young people. Supporting children through assessments, care planning, and life story work, you will develop innovative approaches to work with children in care and guide them towards independence and transition to the care leaving service for outstanding outcomes.
