Role

Who You Are

A dedicated social worker with a qualification in social work, committed to corporate parenting and relationships-based practice. You understand trauma-informed approaches and have experience working with care-experienced children and young people aged 15-25.

What the Job Involves

As part of the Leaving Care Team, you will focus on transition planning for young people towards independence. You will conduct LAC reviews, statutory visits, and demonstrate best practices while mentoring team members. The role involves working both from the office and home, for a temporary period of 6 months.
