Who You Are
An experienced Social Worker ready to join the Adult Social Care Triage Team. Having completed the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) is preferable. You are capable of acting quickly in crisis situations and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
What the job involves
Working at the front door of adult social care in an integrated health and social care team. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, Mental Capacity assessments, participating in the duty rota, telephone triage, and handling safeguarding concerns and enquiries. This role is based at the Civic offices in Bexleyheath, with opportunities to work flexibly from home and other locations.
