Who You Are
You are an experienced social worker who excels at managing complex and challenging cases. You have a thorough understanding of statutory requirements, departmental priorities, and multi-agency systems. You are skilled in mentoring and coaching student social workers and demonstrate effective practice in high-risk situations.
What the job involves
This role involves managing a complex caseload with a focus on improving outcomes for children and young people. You will undertake investigations into neglect or abuse, prepare legal documents for court proceedings, and design and implement care plans. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams and families to ensure children’s safety, develop child-centered plans, and engage in continuous professional development.
