Who You Are
An Early Help Social Worker who is a key part of the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH), responsible for assessing and screening family needs.
What the Job Involves
Your role involves screening contacts that haven't met the threshold for Children's Social Care, assessing support needs, and recommending a plan of support where necessary. The goal is to make timely decisions to help families access appropriate services and support children and young people in achieving positive outcomes.
