What the job involves
The role involves contributing to the operational delivery of effective Children and Young People's Services, managing a complex caseload, preparing reports for court, and working within legislative frameworks. You will assess and manage risk and need levels, complete assessments and care plans, undertake direct work with children and families, and participate in multi-agency meetings. Maintaining accurate records and liaising with council colleagues and partner agencies to promote positive outcomes is essential.
