What the Job Involves
The role of a Working Denbighshire Employment and Skills Caseworker involves providing a high-quality, flexible service in partnership with other employability projects. Responsibilities include working closely with Employment & Skills Mentors to support participants in overcoming barriers to employment. This involves one-on-one coaching, organizing group sessions to build confidence, and maintaining detailed records in compliance with data protection laws. The caseworker will engage with participants to ensure effective communication and support and will be involved in completing risk assessments and management plans. Key duties also encompass reporting progress and contributing to a collaborative team effort to reduce poverty and promote sustainable employment through the Working Denbighshire Framework.
