Role

Who You Are	You are a legal professional capable of providing expert advice, guidance, and representation, particularly in relation to property work and major commercial projects. You maintain high professional standards and are ready to support both internal and external clients of Legal Services.
What the job involves	This role involves managing a personal caseload of property and commercial projects, providing legal advice and assistance, and representing clients in legal proceedings. You will attend meetings, ensure compliance with professional standards, and stay informed about legal developments. Additionally, you will contribute to policy development, offer training, supervise other legal officers, and represent the Council’s interests to various stakeholders.
