What the Job Involves
The Special Projects Contract Manager will lead and manage high-risk, safety-critical contracts relating to external wall systems across a large residential portfolio. You will oversee exploratory and investigative works to support building safety compliance, risk mitigation, and remediation strategies. Key responsibilities include managing contracts for surveys and inspections, ensuring compliance with legislation, leading procurement exercises, and engaging with stakeholders. You will also manage performance and budgets, support legal risk management, and coordinate funding applications.
