Who You Are
An experienced and qualified Nursery Practitioner who can engage with young children and work as part of a team. You possess excellent communication skills and a confident approach to engaging parents, carers, and other professionals. You have substantial knowledge of current childcare legislation and the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage.
What the Job Involves
Your main role is to provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children to develop their full potential, working as part of a team. You will plan and deliver care, education, and high-quality experiences that consider the diverse needs of each child, working with colleagues, parents, and other partners. Key responsibilities include maintaining children's Learning Journals, conducting observations, ensuring safety through regular risk assessments, and adhering to safeguarding guidelines.
