Your role involves providing flexible and high-quality administrative support within the Quality Assurance and Safeguarding Service to ensure efficient service delivery. You will arrange and attend panels and meetings, working closely with Independent Reviewing Officers to ensure smooth operations. You will confidently complete timely and accurate minutes, reports, and manage all senior administration tasks using the case recording system, Liquidlogic. Additionally, you will handle financial systems to process payments and produce reports, making use of systems like Controcc, Liquidlogic, and SAP.
