Who You Are
An individual committed to supporting youth justice and effective rehabilitation processes, with the ability to manage cases with a strong understanding of equality and anti-discrimination practices.
What the job involves
You will manage a caseload of youth justice cases ensuring they meet the National Standards and the HMIP Inspection Framework. Your work will involve providing support and interventions to help children and young people complete their disposals/orders to live a crime-free life. You will communicate effectively with children, families, and partners, use AssetPlus for case management, and prepare various reports for court proceedings. Collaborative work with agencies and risk assessments are part of keeping all parties involved safe.
