What the Job Involves
As part of a team, you will deliver cleaning services across various common areas of a housing estate. Responsibilities include sweeping and washing communal staircases, foyers, and courtyards, as well as cleaning lift car floors and communal fixtures. You will manage refuse container storage, remove weeds, litter pick, and handle graffiti removal within set timescales. Additionally, you will liaise with residents and team leaders during emergencies, ensuring all tasks are documented and performed in accordance with health and safety protocols.
