Who You Are
You're a registered Social Worker with Social Work England, possessing a deep understanding of current legislation and its practical implications. You have the drive to potentially pursue additional qualifications such as Practice Education, Best Interest Assessor, and/or Approved Mental Health Professional. You are collaborative and ready to work with external agencies to build strong partnerships, and you hold a full, clean driving license.
What the job involves
This role involves engaging in a variety of adult social work activities, from Care Act Assessments to Mental Capacity Assessments and Section 42 Enquiries. You will apply your experience working with diverse adult populations, adopting a strength-based approach to empower individuals and champion independence. The job includes work with CHC and s117 processes and thrives in a supportive culture offering regular supervision.
