What the Job Involves
Reporting to the Environmental Services and Transport Manager, you will deliver high-quality bulk and void property clearance services. This role involves driving to estates to collect non-domestic refuse, attending to void properties, maintaining a safe environment, and proactively supporting your team and customers. Your tasks will also include monitoring and reporting on waste collection, and addressing repairs and defects in communal areas.
Skills
- Experience in bulk, general waste, and void property clearance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Basic health and safety knowledge
- Numeracy skills for stock control and invoicing
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Valid UK driving license with category C1
- Knowledge of road transport legislation
