Who You Are
You are a skilled and experienced electrical inspector who possibly has experience with AICO smoke alarms and social housing installations. You are looking for an opportunity to manage and oversee electrical installation works, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations.
What the job involves
You will be joining the EICR team to help oversee contractor works and certification. This includes responsibility for capital projects with a value of £5M, monitoring budgets, and coordinating with internal and external contacts. You will report to the Contract Manager (EICR Team) and work towards delivering high-value engineering services to tenants and leaseholders. You may be required to attend sites outside of regular office hours and wear protective clothing as necessary.
Skills
- Level 3 NVQ or equivalent qualification
- Testing qualification 2391 or equivalent
- Experience with AICO smoke alarms
- Experience with social housing installations
