What the Job Involves Your role involves managing and providing timely estate and valuation advice, ensuring optimal use of council assets, updating internal systems, and ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines. You will report to senior management, identify opportunities for investment, contribute to council policy, and effectively manage the AMPS team's budget. Your job also includes negotiating property-related transactions, preparing property appraisals, managing external consultants, and promoting the services of the AMPS team to stakeholders. You'll engage in talent development activities and uphold data protection standards.
