What the Job Involves
The role involves managing our housing and property management portfolio and being the strategic lead for property/housing management services for investors and other property owners. You will be responsible for new business opportunities, coordinating and mobilizing new contracts, and maintaining strategic relationships with landlords and managing agents. You will lead efforts in compliance, quality assurance, and governance, while ensuring seamless contract management and service delivery.
