What the job involves

As a Working Denbighshire Employer Engagement Coordinator, you will work closely with businesses to coordinate opportunities such as work experience, placements, and apprenticeships for participants. You will ensure employment opportunities meet delivery targets and develop relationships to promote the service. Key responsibilities include engaging employers, influencing workplace attitudes, and aligning business needs with participant skills. You will organize events, manage compliance with health and safety, and maintain detailed records. Additionally, you will prepare participants for employment and work with employers to develop necessary training programs.
