What the Job Involves
Your role involves managing a complex and varied caseload, ensuring effective social work provision. You will work within legislative frameworks and represent the service at Court hearings and multi-disciplinary forums. You will be responsible for direct work with children, young people, and their families, maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records. Furthermore, you will contribute to the professional development of students and colleagues and participate in performance and development reviews.
