Who You Are

You are a social worker developing your skills and knowledge through formal qualifications and guidance from experienced practitioners. You are capable of managing an allocated caseload, providing support to individuals at risk, and working as part of a team. You can work independently and take on increasing levels of complexity and responsibility.

What the Job Involves

This role involves undertaking comprehensive assessments and developing care and support plans. You will work with individuals needing care and support, their families and carers, to assess risks and provide professional support and advice. The role requires you to work within budgets and partnerships to ensure resource efficiency, and undertake duty responsibilities on a rota basis, responding to cases with appropriate crisis management.
