Who You Are
An experienced individual familiar with fostering services, capable of supporting and supervising social workers, and ensuring the safety and well-being of children in foster care.
What the Job Involves
As an Assistant Team Manager in the Fostering Team, you'll be responsible for supervising and supporting Supervising Social Workers, ensuring that foster carers provide safe care to looked after children. You'll oversee the performance of social workers and contribute to the management and improvement of fostering practices.
