- Capable of managing statutory requirements related to childcare and mental health legislation.

- Providing social work services in accordance with the Care Act 2014.
- Complying with statutory requirements and evaluating risk under mental health legislation.
- Assisting individuals, carers, and families by completing strength-based assessments.
- Developing support plans to meet personalized outcomes and promote decision-making.
- Taking a holistic and integrated approach to interventions.
- Undertaking safeguarding inquiries focused on making processes person-centered.
