Who You Are
We are looking for an experienced HR professional for an initial period of 4 months. Ideally, someone with chartered status of CIPD, or with a Level 5 qualification and actively working towards full CIPD membership. Experience of working in local government or the public sector is highly advantageous.
What the job involves
This role provides an HR advisory service covering a broad range of activities, including advising managers on general HR queries and supporting restructure/TUPE processes. The postholder will act as the HR Advisor on Employee Relations matters, advising the Chair at hearings and appeals. There may be involvement in policy development and implementation.
